About Axis
Axis Graphic Design is based 10 minutes from Manchester City Centre. Our client base extends throughout the UK, into Europe and our work is primarily based in the cultural sector. We have been working with galleries, regional arts venues, arts publishing houses and individual artists over the last fourteen years building an interesting and varied portfolio of work. All our work is focussed on designing effective, simple solutions that enhance the artist or organisation’s work. fifteen+one
To celebrate 15 years in Manchester we decided to look back at some of our past publications.
Presenting a selection of work with galleries, arts publishing houses, artists and arts venues, the book features an eclectic mix of 16 Axis-designed publications from the archive.
Each of the books included in 'fifteen+one' is represented by a series of images and texts, accompanied by new ‘artists’ pages’ of text and images produced especially for the book by the artists and curators with whom Axis has worked.
